About the Recipe
I make this seasoning ahead of time and store it so I have it when needed. It can be used to make tacos, season chicken, and add to chili.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons of chili powder
1 tablespoon of cumin
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1 tsp paprika
2 1/2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional) - leave this out if you find it too spicy
Be sure to use spices that do not have any anti-caking agents in them!
Preparation
Stir all ingrediants together and store in a sealed container.
Add 2 tablespoons of this seasoning and 3/4 cups of water to 1 pound of browned and drained, ground beef to make tacos. Simmer on medium until most of the water is absorbed.
