About the Recipe
The are quick and nutrious and can be pared with any vegtable.
Ingredients
2 filets of tilapia thawed
Lemon juice
Italian seasoning
Sea salt
Pepper
Parmesan cheese
Sliced green olives
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line baking sheet with foil. You may want to use a baking sheet with a small edge on it as some of the lemon juice and olive oil may run a bit.
Lay tilapia on baking sheet and drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Sprinkle with Parmesean cheese
Top with sliced green olives.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes. When the fillets are fully cooked they will flake easily with a fork.
