About the Recipe
These meatballs are easy to make and delicious! You can make them a day ahead or make a couple batches at a time and freeze them.

Ingredients
2 pounds of ground beef
1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cups of almond flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Preparation
Preheat over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingrediants together. I usually kneed it together with my hand until it is mixed thoroughly.
Roll the mixture in to 1 or 11/2 inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I recommend using a baking sheet with a small lip around it as there will be a small amount of liquid from the meatballs as they cook.
Back in the over for about 20-25 minutes.
I usually make my meatball the day before I want to eat them. Serve them with spaghetti squash and Rao's marinara sauce (it is SCD legal!).
