Green Beans with Tomatoes and Almonds

About the Recipe

This is a quick and easy way to add a little flare to your green beans. They are also very filling and can be eaten on their own or as a side.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of large pack of frozen whole green beans

  • 1/3 cup of almonds

  • 3/4 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes

  • Butter to taste

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Slice 3/4 cups of cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

  • Place frozen green beans in skillet with butter and cook until they have thawed some.

  • Add almonds and cherry tomatoes to the green beans. Add a little more butter and salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cook until tomatoes are soft.


Pair with beef, chicken or fish for a delicious meal!
