About the Recipe

These parmesean crisps are super easy to make and are great to eat with a salad or by themselves as a snack.

Ingredients

  • Shredded Parmesean

  • Dried Oregano

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Line a baking sheet with foil.

  3. Sprinkle the parmesean thinly on the baking sheet (if you want a less crunchy crisp, don't spread it as thin). I usually make a few giant crisp that are about 5 by 3 inches so my kids and I can each have our own. You can also make them smaller and eat them like chips.

  4. Sprinkle the dried oregano on top of the parmesean.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 5-6 minutes or until they are starting to brown on the edges.

These are best to be eaten immediately but I have stored them in an airtight container for 2-3 as      well.
