About the Recipe
Use this marinade on tilapia or your other favorite white fish and grill it to perfection!
Ingredients
3/4 cups of olive oil
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 dashes of Tobasco (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingrediants in zip lock bag and mix. Add in 4 fish filets (I use tilapia) and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Place fillets on the grill and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
