About the Recipe
These are easy to make during the intro diet. When you are past the intro diet try adding Italian seasoning and shredded parmesean cheese for more flavor.
Ingredients
1-2 fish filets
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Sea Salt
Preparation
Make sure the oven rack is in the center of the oven and turn the oven on broil.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place fish filets on baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle salt to taste on it.
Broil for 6-8 minutes or until they are cooked through. When the fillets are fully cooked they will flake easily with a fork.
