About the Recipe
These beef patties are highly recommended for the first few days you are starting the diet. You can use ground beef, ground turkey, or ground chicken.
Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
Salt to taste (I start with 1 teaspoon)
Preparation
Turn the oven on broil.
Mix salt and beef and form into medium sized patties.
Broil in the oven for 5 minutes and flip. Broil another five minutes and check to see if they are don. If not, flip and broil for 5 more minutes or until done.
