About the Recipe
This bread is great for breakfast or to eat as a snack throughout the day. A couple pieces of it will keep you full for a few hours.
Ingredients
1/4 cup of coconut flour
1/4 cup of almond flour
3/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of honey
3 eggs
2 very ripe bananas - mashed
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
Line a 5x8 inch loaf pan with parchment paper
Blend all ingrediants together in a mixing bowl.
Pour mixture into in the loaf pan and cook at 350 degrees for 30 -40 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the middle of it to check if it is done. If the toothpick comes out clean it is done.
You should be able to use the parchment paper to lift the loaf out of the pan and set on a plate to let it cool. Once it has cooled slice and eat!
I keep this bread in the refrigerator and it will usually last 5-6 days. You can also freeze it for a couple of months.
